★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre juegan con tu tiempo, te hacen lo que quieren y te cobran lo que quieren. Sus doctores son buenos pero nada justifica que te hagan esperar horas y te reciban en horarios tan reducidos, como si uno no tuviera nada más que hacer en todo el día.
They always play with your time, they do what they want and they charge you what they want. Their doctors are good but nothing justifies having you wait hours and receive you in such short hours, as if you had nothing else to do all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos doctores pero sobre todo muy humanos y conscientes de las preocupaciones de los pacientes , conocí a 3 y a sus equipos y todos sin excepción me trataron bien. Incluso el equipo del Dr Rubén López me ayudo con temas del seguro ya que el seguro complicó las cosas.
Los laboratorios están pasando la calle donde también me atendieron con mucha amabilidad.
Considero que los precios son accesibles, quizá se piense que son caros pero hay que considerar que son especialistas.
Quizá lo único en contra sería el tiempo de espera a pesar de tener cita, pero comprendo ya que había personas que tenían casos más complicados , prefiero que revisen bien a persona a qué le pase algo más grave y obvio lo mismo para mí, que no me revisen a prisa, que nunca sucedió.
Fui al hospital alrededor de 8meses por complicaciones y en todas ocasiones nunca tuve un mal trato, pero por el contrario si vi muchos pacientes prepotentes.
Espero les sea de ayuda.
Very good doctors but above all very human and aware of the concerns of the patients, I met 3 and their teams and all without exception treated me well. Even the team of Dr Rubén López helped me with insurance issues since insurance complicated things.
The laboratories are passing the street where they also treated me with great kindness.
I consider that the prices are accessible, perhaps they are thought to be expensive but you have to consider that they are specialists.
Perhaps the only thing against it would be the waiting time despite having an appointment, but I understand since there were people who had more complicated cases, I prefer that they review the person well to what happens something more serious and obviously the same for me, that no check me out in a hurry, that never happened.
I went to the hospital for about 8 months for complications and on all occasions I never had a bad treatment, but on the contrary I did see many arrogant patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar pero la atemcion es muy lenta, me citaron a las 2:30 para consulta de mi abuelita y nos dejaron entrar a un consultorio hasta las 3 pero nos empezaron a atender 15min antes de las 4... Y porque yo salí a pedirles la atención.
Era consulta de primera vez y el doctor que nos atendió primero, parecía mas bien tecnico o residente porque salía cada 10 min a preguntarle a otra doctora... A las mil la doctora se digno a entrar a revisar a mi abuelita, pero por el costo de la consulta es injusto porque la cita era con los doctores titulares y no fue asi

Agradecimientos al cirujano Javier Eraña Arce y a su amable y atento equipo por que gracias a ellos puedo ver de nuevo por mi misma.

Tienen muy buenas instalaciones donde te puedes realizar tanto estudios, como cirugías y procedimientos oftálmicos. El personal es amable y atento. Los precios son accesibles.
