★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 5 de agosto me llamaron para ofertar su servicio y le dije a la persona que me atendió que no le iba dar los nombres de las personas a asegurar pues aún no estaba segura del aceptar y de todas maneras le di algunos datos y hoy e estado insistiendo para darme de baja y no contestan. Ni por correo, mucho menos por teléfono. Por este medio no estoy dispuesta a pagar ni un solo peso a esta empresa así que voy a investigar quien me puede ayudar para darme de baja lo antes posible.
 On August 5 they called me to offer their service and I told the person who attended me that I was not going to give him the names of the people to be insured because I was still not sure of accepting and anyway I gave him some information and today I I've been insisting to unsubscribe and they don't answer. Not by mail, much less by phone. By this means I am not willing to pay a single peso to this company so I am going to investigate who can help me to unsubscribe as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar te cargan a tu cuenta un servicio que no autorizas y luego no te lo quieren cancelar. Como sugerencia insistan que les proporcionen el folio de cancelación ya que los operadores te dicen que ya está hecho y no es así (Pero si les genera el folio). Ya van 3 veces que los solicito y esta vez les dije que de plano no les voy a pagar más y que cualquier empresa te genera un folio........esperemos que por fin quede cancelado.
To begin with, they charge your account for a service that you do not authorize and then they do not want to cancel it. As a suggestion, insist that they provide you with the cancellation folio since the operators tell you that it is already done and it is not (But if you generate the folio). I have requested them 3 times and this time I told them that I am not going to pay them more and that any company will generate a page for you ........ hopefully it is finally canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio y casi nunca te hacen esperar. No sé porqué pero los Doctores y Doctoras de la noche son más atentos y ofrecen mejores alternativas que los de la mañana y tarde. Si requieres un primer acercamiento ante tu padecimiento, Medicall es la opción.
Good service and they hardly ever make you wait. I don't know why but the Doctors at night are more attentive and offer better alternatives than those in the morning and afternoon. If you require a first approach to your condition, Medicall is the option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena y que lastima tener que hacer esta reseña, hoy fui a pagar mi recibo de telmex y me salen con unos pagos de este servicio, el cual yo nunca contrate, solo me llamaron y me hablaron de este servicio en ningun momento acepte contratarlo que triste que me hallan cobrado algo que yo no pedi, que poca la etica de esta aseguradora intentando estafar a la gente, tengan cuidado con estos servicos, que pena lo que hicieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcan y marcan y marcan de 3 a 8 veces al día para que aceptes el servicio y te hagan cargos a tu recibo Telmex, si en algún momento quise saber algo ahora gracias a ellos mismos reiteró un rotundo NO a sus servicios.
They dial and dial and dial 3 to 8 times a day so that you accept the service and charge your Telmex bill, if at any time I wanted to know something, now thanks to them, they reiterated a resounding NO to their services.
