★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente calidad de los productos dermatológicos que elaboran allí. El único inconveniente es que hay una sola ventanilla para recibir la solicitud de medicamentos, y para entregar los ya elaborados, por lo que tenemos que hacer dos veces la fila y es bastante tardado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un muy buen lugar en donde preparan medicamentos, shampoos, cremas, etc.
Lo que sí, que para la mayoría de los medicamentos hay que llevar receta (fórmula magistral), y dependiendo de que es lo que se pida hacen esperar a uno como media hora para la entrega, sino a veces te dirán estará listo para el día siguiente.
Las veces que he ido el personal muy amable, el lugar donde te atienden es pequeñito (es como un mostrador con ventanilla) y la verdad los precios nada caros.
No cuentan con estacionamiento, está sobre la calle, pero ésta es tan angosta y hay una escuela enfrente que la verdad es muy complicado poder estacionarse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, me dijeron esperar 2.5 horas para recibir mi medicamento, y tuve que esperar más de 4 horas, si no tienen capacidad no deberían entrar como proveedores del IMSS.
Totalmente enojado perdí el día completo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto a de ser bueno,ya que se tardaron cuatro horas para entregar 10gr de pomada, tienen gente de la tercera edad en su mayoría esperando sus preparados,no quiero imaginar que tiempo de espera tienen,nosotros solo fuimos por uno, que falta de empatía o será falta de querer hacer las cosas bien?.
