★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un día para entregar y cuando uno llega le dicen que tiene que esperar 90 mnts por qué apenas los van a preparar,mienten para hacerte dar otra vuelta,no les gusta trabajar.

Local pequeño, atención lenta, sólo una persona atiende recetas y entrega medicamento sin orden alguno (al libre albedrío), con demanda, clientes sentado y de pié a la espera de atención (30 minutos por lo menos o más, turno matutino), estacionamiento público saturado y caro, el número de contacto 800 no permite recibir llamadas y no hay más números de teléfono, considerar tiempos o tal vez sea la temporada de mucha demanda o no tengan la capacidad necesaria; eso sí, son amables. Ah, y los tamales de al lado son caros.

Ademas de que la fecha de entrega es larguísima, perdieron la receta, no saben qué dosis nadie sabe nada, mi bebé sigue en espera de que entreguen el medicamento y lleva 1 MES ESPERANDO QUE DOSIFIQUEN UN OMEPRAZOL!!!! para continuar su tratamiento, el personal prepotente en su atención, mala organización, malos tiempos de entrega y además no los respetan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena farmacia dermatológica, siempre hay mucha gente pero el guardia de seguridad organiza muy bien a todos los que vamos a surtir alguna receta médica de este tipo, eso si al momento de la entrega de tus productos debes revisar que sea tu receta y no la de alguien más ya que a mi me paso la última vez que fui. Fuera de eso todos los dependientes sin muy amables y atentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí el 26 de mayo porque me recetaron una crema preparada de parte del Imss, han de ser muy buenos porque había unas 20 personas esperando a ser atendidos,ya sea para ordenar o para recoger las cremas.
Afortunadamente el servicio es muy ágil, no demoré más de 15 minutos en ser atendido, claro que como es una preparación me entregan el 1 de junio.
