★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su actitud es muy déspota. Si llevas receta del seguro peor aún, pareciera que le hacen un favor a uno.
Que si la receta no trae el sello institucional te regresan.
Que si trae cápsulas en lugar de tabletas o viceversa, te regresan.
Que si trae capsula en lugar de cápsulas te regresan.
Que si trae por 60 días en lugar de 30, te regresan.
Que si no trae la firma del Dr. Te regresan.
Que si no trae el sello del Dr. Te regresan.
¿Qué acaso uno es responsable de esas recetas, o uno tiene el tiempo para estarlo perdiendo por esas estupideces? Noooooo. Y eso ellos lo deberían arreglar directamente con la institución o médico tratante y no hacerlo perder el tiempo a uno.
His attitude is very rude. If you have an insurance prescription, even worse, it seems that they are doing you a favor.
That if the recipe does not have the institutional seal, they will return it to you.
That if you bring capsules instead of tablets or vice versa, they return to you.
That if you bring a capsule instead of capsules they return you.
That if you bring for 60 days instead of 30, they return you.
That if you don't have Dr.'s signature, they'll return you.
That if it doesn't have Dr.'s stamp, they'll return you.
What perhaps one is responsible for those recipes, or does one have the time to be wasting it for such stupidities? Noooooo. And they should arrange that directly with the treating institution or doctor and not waste one's time.

La atención puede mejorar si no hubiera tanto cambio de personal
It would be nice if they would prepare the medication for you at the time, but they make you turn around twice and even then the formula is not prepared
