Es importante mejorar el trato al paciente y hacerlo sentir cómodo,además de escuchar con atención sus molestias y evitar las caras si tiene alguna duda en su tratamiento. No dudo que sean buenos en lo que hacen, pero considero que la calidad humana es lo más importante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando acudí a mi procedimiento dermatológico, la doctora tenía prisa, no dejaron pasar el tiempo necesario para la anestesia y a última hora me cambiaron el método a utilizar. No quedé contenta pues me quedaron manchas que tardaron mucho tiempo en desvanecerse.
