Mi coquer spaniel llego con un una fuerte infección, gracias a la rápida intervención y el cuidado que le otorgaron, la operación fue un éxito y le han dado seguimiento a la salud de mi mascota.
Son profesionales en su área, saben explicarte bien y en lo personal con precios acorde a las necesidades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando rescate a mi gato hace unos meses lo lleve a qué lo desparasitaran y lo revisaran, está ese momento todo bien la verdad, el doctor lo desparasito de poco a poco, pero la razón por la que no volví es porque desde un primer momento le comenté al doctor Rene el fuerte olor que tenía el gato en si boca, el me argumento que era por el PH del gato y que todos tenemos un PH diferente y que le mesclara su agua con el enjuague bucal que venden especial para perros y gatos.
Paso el tiempo y el olor de mi gato empeoró, por lo que lo lleve con otro veterinario para tener una segunda opinión, resultó que tiene gengibitis bacteriana y de dejarlo sin tratamiento mi mascota pudo haber perdido sus dientes o algo peor, por ese aspecto por eso solo le pongo 3 estrellas.
Además de que no me dieron su cartilla para anotar su proceso de desparasitación, el otro veterinario me comentó que en sus cartillas se deben describir y anotar las desparasitaciones tanto como las vacunas.

Time passed and my cat's odor got worse, so I took him to another vet to get a second opinion, it turned out that he has bacterial gingivitis and if he was left untreated my pet could have lost his teeth or something worse, because of that. I only give it 3 stars.
In addition to the fact that they did not give me his booklet to write down his deworming process, the other veterinarian told me that deworming should be described and recorded in his booklets as well as vaccines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos llevando a nuestra cachorrita para empezar con todo su esquema de vacunación y asegurarnos de que todo estaba bien en su desarrollo. Siempre que la llevamos a consulta nos decían que todo estaba bien, aunque seguido tenia hipo, jadeaba y empezaba a estar desganada. Con el paso de los días nos dimos cuenta que estaba empeorando. Decidimos llevarla con otro veterinario, quien nos dijo que la cachorrita estaba grave, pues era un problema en su corazón. La atendió en lo que pudo pero nos dijo que teníamos que llevarla al hospital. Ese mismo día la llevamos al hospital y le hicieron estudios, pero los veterinarios nos dijeron que ya estaba muy grave y que había muy pocas posibilidades. Nuestra cachorrita paso la noche en el hospital, pero falleció en la madrugada. Resulta que tenia un problema en el corazón y no lo detectaron en Medicel Veterinaria.

As the days went by we realized that it was getting worse. We decided to take her to another vet, who told us that the puppy was in serious condition, because it was a problem with her heart. He treated her as much as he could but told us that we had to take her to the hospital. That same day we took her to the hospital and they did tests, but the vets told us that she was already very serious and that there were very few possibilities. Our puppy spent the night in the hospital, but passed away in the early morning. It turns out that he had a heart problem and they did not detect it at Medicel Veterinaria.
