Me citaron a las 7:10 de la mañana y me atendieron a las 8:20a.m
El personal llegó tarde
Y no dieron disculpa alguna
El doctor igual llegó una hora tarde
El poco personal que había se la pasaba platicando
Y en cuanto llegó el doctor igual prometo platico y después me atendió
La falta de respeto al tiempo del paciente es muy poco profesional

They made an appointment at 7:10 in the morning and they saw me at 8:20 a.m.
Staff were late
And they gave no apology
The doctor was still an hour late
The few personnel that were there were talking
And as soon as the doctor arrived, I promise to talk and then he treated me
Disrespect for patient time is very unprofessional

El estudio de mi esposo fue de un día y el reporte decía que fue dos días y obviamente el segundo día estaba muy mal y causó conflicto y nos espanto.
Nada recomendable ni serios.
Bad experience.
My husband's study was one day and the report said it was two days and obviously the second day was very bad and caused conflict and frightened us.
Nothing recommendable or serious.

They are not friendly at all, the customer service is terrible on the switch they behave very rude and hang up the phone when you are talking to ask for information they do not even let you speak
