★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abusan de la necesidades de las personas, hoy por una revisión y estancia de menos de 5 horas cobraron 10000 y como no llevamos todo nos quitaron. Nuestras pertenencias q fueron los celulares, para garantizar q se regresará a pagar 1500 pesos, de verdad que decisión de hospital y de trabajadores no vallan, estafan a la gente necesitada por la pandemia, no se vale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo dicen es carísimo el lugar pero al menos a mí sí me atendieron bien, después de ir a varios hospitales ahí pararon una hemorragia que tenía, eso sí salió super caro pero me ayudaron y todos fueron muy amables conmigo, fue en la madrugada. Después fui con un especialista de ellos, medio serio pero igual me ayudo bastante ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace como 2 años Fui a que me revisarán ya que sin querer me pase un trozo de grapa, en mi garganta... El doctor que me atendio se encuentra en planta alta me metio una manguera por la nariz y no le atino donde estaba la miserable grapa.. Luego ese doctor me sale con sus cosas diciendo que a lo mejor ya estaba en el estomago, que fuera a que me hiceran una endoscopia gastrointestinal ( por cierto ese estudio es caro hace 9 años me lo hicieron en el chopo por problema de la gastritis) y que tenia que ir a otra clínica con una recomendacion suya. Por lo que le respondi... NO ES MEJOR HACERME UNA RADIOGRAFIA PARA SABER DONDE ESTA ESE TROZO DE GRAPA TENGO ENTENDIDO QUE EN LAS RADIOS APARECEN LOS PEDAZOS DE METAL... Y la repuesta que me dio el doctor fue NO.... Sali de la clínica y mejor fui a la clínica 68 a que me hicieron la radiografia. No tenia nada. La molestia que tenia en la garganta era una rajada que sufrí al forzar expulsar el trozo de grapa. Al día siguiente amanecí sin ninguna molestia. Por eso no recomiendo la clínica. Solo querian sacar dinero...

Then that doctor comes to me with his things saying that maybe it was already in my stomach, that I should have a gastrointestinal endoscopy (by the way, that study is expensive 9 years ago they did it in the poplar for a problem gastritis) and that he had to go to another clinic with a recommendation from him. From what I answered ... IT IS NOT BETTER TO MAKE ME AN X-RAY TO KNOW WHERE THIS PIECE OF STAPLE IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PIECES OF METAL APPEAR ON THE RADIOS ... And the answer that the doctor gave me was NO ... I left the clinic and I better went to clinic 68 to have the X-ray done. I had nothing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido un par de veces y siempre el tiempo de espera es horrible. Se tardan años en atenderte aunque tengas una cita programada. No son nada responsables las personas que trabajan ahí. Pésimo servicio.
I've been a couple of times and the wait time is always horrible. It takes ages to serve you even if you have a scheduled appointment. The people who work there are not responsible at all. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una clínica que tiene personal excesivo y poca atención a los pacientes. Es muy lento el proceso de admisión.
Algo nefasto es que ponen al vigilante a que valore si te deja pasar y de informes de costos.
Deberían colocar a un personal más competente y empatico en admisión.
Si vienen con una urgencia tengan mucha paciencia la atención es demasiado lenta
