★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona encargada de solicitar servicios de diseño es extremadamente grosera y no tiene un gramo de educación. Pide información a las 7 pm un sábado y espera que de inmediato le respondan, o te insulta diciendo que eres pésimo dando servicio y que te dediques a algo distinto si no vas a estar a su servicio. No soy su empleado ni tengo porqué atenderlo un día no laboral para nosotros y en el horario que se le da la gana. Tengo capturas de pantalla de sus mensajes sumamente groseros. Una KAREN en todo su esplendor. Qué pena que esté quemando así a la empresa.
The person in charge of ordering design services is extremely rude and not an ounce of education. He asks for information at 7 pm on a Saturday and expects an immediate response, or he insults you by saying that you are lousy at giving service and that you dedicate yourself to something else if you are not going to be at his service. I am not your employee nor do I have to serve you on a non-working day for us and at the time you want. I have screenshots of your extremely rude messages. A KAREN in all its splendor. What a pity that he is burning the company like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, le hice a mi nena de 5 años prueba de PCR este jueves 10 de Enero, pague $2,500 pesos por ella y me comentaron que de 12 a 24 hrs estaban los resultados. He checado mi mail, en unwanted, en spam y nada, me meto a la página web y sale que esta siendo procesada, les llamo y me comentan que sigue en proceso. Hoy sábado 12 sigo sin recibir respuesta. Mediclar no cumple en tiempo. NUNCA lleven a sus hijos a ese laboratorio.
Bad service, I gave my 5-year-old girl a PCR test this Thursday, January 10, I paid $2,500 pesos for her and they told me that the results would be available from 12 to 24 hours. I've checked my mail, unwanted, spam and nothing, I go to the web page and it appears that it is being processed, I call them and they tell me that it is still in process. Today, Saturday the 12th, I still have not received a response. Mediclar does not comply on time. NEVER take your kids to that lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get a COVID antigen test before travelling to the US. Went the morning before my flight and was in and out in a few minutes, then got the results by email in just 15 minutes. A little pricier than some at 650 pesos, but worth it for the easy experience.
