Desde el momento que me contacte para pedir informes, la respuesta fue rápida. Me confirmaron cita y el día que me hicieron la prueba, el enfermero que vino a hacerla, fue muy cordial y muy profesional. En menos de dos horas me dieron mi resultado y la verdad es que fue muy fácil y practico tener este servicio. Lo recomiendo altamente.

I am writing today so all travelers can learn how MEDICOVI, located at Av, Paseo de la Reforma, 296, Cuauhtemoc-Mexico City handle their business. They do not care about clients, you are just a number. Friday, June 3rd I called this company to come to my hotel so I could get tested for Covid 19. The result was negative but this guy did not receive the payment. I had to wait a couple of hours to be able to pay with another employee. When I called my airline they informed the Covid 19 test must be taken 24 hours before my flight. I texted MEDICOVI on Whatsapp because it is the only way you can get hold of them. I explained my situation and I asked them why they cannot advise all travelers about the airlines' requirements for the Covid 19, so people don't need to pay for the test twice. I thought it was intentional so the traveler has to pay twice for the same test. Also, the test with them is more expensive than the Pharmacy/ Farmacia San Pablo. These Farmacia San Pablo are everywhere, just Google and the test cost only $18 dollars. You go, pay take the test and leave with the results on hand. I told the employee on Whatsapp I do not want to take the test twice, but I was willing to pay for them to put the date of June 05, Saturday because I was going to live the country Monday, June 06. To complete the situation my test results were supposed to come via email the same day I did the test, June 03, Friday and by Saturday I did not receive anything. I don't see a reason to take another test since I was negative! Since I did not receive my test results and my receipt by Saturday, what was the problem to help me! Of course, they denied it and said I had to take another test. I requested to talk with a supervisor and came Quetzalli Yanez. She was very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She said she did not work on my airline and she was not going to help me. Instead of finding a solution for my case, the supervisor refused to help me. I asked her if they are the specialist with Covid 19, they are supposed to disclose the 24 hours test requirement. But she did not care and this company is very unethical. Stay away from these people. At the end of the story, I am back in my country and I never received the test results and the receipt. I got tired of begging them to email me for something that I paid for. They acted, they were doing a huge favor to me. Totally professional scammers! Do not use MEDICOVI.

I am Mexican born US citizen, and this was the first time I had to take a COVID test in Mexico City before departing to the USA, I am staying at a place away from touristic attractions and I was worried I would struggle finding a COVID test, I read a lot of reviews of local labs and most of them were really bad so I was very concerned. After some more digging I found that MediCov offered at home testing and while I was worried that it might not work due to the location of where I am (not so easy to find). I was worried they will not arrive at the time I selected, I am working remotely and need to leave soon. Fortunately they are very professional and the gentleman Pedro Gomez was super nice, right on time and did an excellent job. For my future trips I will continue booking my tests with them as I was impressed by the efficiency of their home service.

Absolutely amazing service! Very reliable & trustworthy! We scheduled an appointment through whatsapp and the nurse came to our hotel the next day and we had our results and travel certificates within an hour. Definitely recommended!
