★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cheap. Right in the middle of my favourite neightbourhood in CDMX. The only negative thing I can imagine is the light coming through the windows in the living room/bedroom. I´m a light sleeper so this is really affecting my sleep. Otherwise I would suggest it to everyone!
