Terrible service, the truth leaves much to be desired with the attention and service of these people. They are uneducated and I highly doubt their professional and academic level. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo iba muy bien en 2018 pero en agosto tuvieron problemas. Y hace una semana vinieron a cobrarme por cartas que no les han pagado a ellos ( y a eso se dedican). Cero recomiendo.
Everything was going very well in 2018 but in August they had problems. And a week ago they came to charge me for letters that they haven't paid (and that's what they do). Zero recommend.

Nunca contestabas el teléfono, tardaron de 3 a 4 meses en tranaferirme un pago que ya les habían realizado la aseguradora. Tardaron 15 meses en Notificarme que una carta no había sido pagada. Más incompetencia no puede haber reunida en un mismo lugar. Si les interesa su economía ni voltee a ver esta empresa de cuarta.
Terrible service. Very sorry to have signed a contract with them. You never answered the phone, it took 3 to 4 months to transfer a payment that the insurer had already made. It took me 15 months to notify me that a letter had not been paid. More incompetence may not have met in one place. If you are interested in your economy or turn to see this fourth company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te venden la idea de una gestión de cobro ante las aseguradoras, lo que es totalmente falso, crean cuentas puente y resulta que cuando te cobran dicen que eso era un "préstamo" de su dinero no del pago de cualquiera de las aseguradoras. Y exigen el pago de cantidades que no ves reflejadas en tu cuenta con el argumento de que no les diste los documentos para el trámite. Quien gestiona ante cualquier aseguradora el pago sin las autorizaciones de honorarios??????, quien paga dinero si sabe que no puede cobrar por falta de documentos????

Un dizque abogado me pidió ya por teléfono 38 000 pero ya debía jubilarme y me había "conseguido" 52400 de pensión. Pero era a la voz de ya. Me aceptaría una parte para iniciar, investigue y era una mentira. En el issste nadie puede pensionarse con más de 10nsalarios mínimos, según sus leyes. Esto es un FRAUDE, NADIE CREA EN ESTA EMPRESA. Además nonrspsonden ningún teléfono nunca. Y di 1 estrellanparacpkdernoyblucar esto, pero no merecen ni una.
