★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en cuestión de entregas. Queda a una hora y tienen esperando a la gente todo el dia. Nadie se molesta en informar si van a tardar o la hora que piensan entregar. Llama uno para pedir por el jefe de almacén y se pasan la bolita todos los empleados. Nadie da el nombre del encargado. Me molesta que siendo un medicamento que debe estar refrigerado lo traigan paseando por toda la ciudad todo el dia
Very bad service in a matter of deliveries. It's an hour away and they have people waiting all day. Nobody bothers to inform if they will be late or what time they intend to deliver. One calls to ask for the warehouse manager and all the employees pass the ball. No one gives the name of the manager. It bothers me that being a medicine that must be refrigerated they bring it around the city all day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, por algunos medicamentos cobran envío y por otros no y pretenden que uno adivine cuando y cuánto dinero extra cobrarán.
Se quejan de sus los compañeros como si uno pudiera solucionar su mal convivencia entre ellos mismos.
En fin, juegan con nuestra necesidad de medicamentos.
Terrible service, for some medicines they charge shipping and for others they don't and they pretend that one guesses when and how much extra money they will charge.
They complain about their colleagues as if one could solve their bad coexistence among themselves.
In short, they play with our need for medicines.
