Very bad experience The kids who attend gave me a wrong product even though I gave them my recipe with an illustrative image, trusting that they are experts in the field. When I came back and claimed (I didn't even ask for the money back), the manager said it was my fault.

Es una tienda con muchos años y su personal está viciado y no te dan el trato que mereces. OJO., NO HAY CAMBIOS NI DEVOLUCIONES. No me di cuenta que la rodillera que compré es cerrada y no abierta y el personal jamás me indicó este detalle. Nefasto que a estas alturas de la vida, la sean tan cuadrados con su política de cambios. Ayer 4 de mayo mi artículo, busco cambiarlo hoy 5 de mayo y me dicen que no hay cambios. Por favor... Es una rodillera! Mi mamá es discapacitada y no es posible que salga, no es posible llevarla, es lógico que puede NO LLEGAR A QUEDARLE EL PRODUCTO. No la recomiendo para nada.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I went in to buy a product, they did not show me it or give me the correct attention. It is a store with many years and its staff is flawed and they do not give you the treatment you deserve. EYE., THERE ARE NO CHANGES OR RETURNS. I did not realize that the knee brace that I bought is closed and not open and the staff never indicated this detail to me. Disastrous that at this point in life, they are so square with their policy of changes. Yesterday May 4 my article, I seek to change it today May 5 and they tell me that there are no changes. Please... It's a knee brace! My mom is disabled and it is not possible for her to go out, it is not possible to take her, it is logical that the PRODUCT MAY NOT FIT HER. I don't recommend it at all.
