Pésimo servicio de la alta de los pacientes . Casi 2 horas para proceso . No hay estacionamiento y hay que estar buscando donde quedarse . Muy complicado este lugar . Very uncomfortable for someone who goes as a companion, in the waiting room on the emergency side not even a table to drink coffee, the guy from the cafeteria very kind, a thousand congratulations to him. Terrible service for patient discharge. Almost 2 hours to process. There is no parking and you have to be looking for a place to stay. This place is very complicated.
A	Arely Guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones del hospital son buenas ,sin embargo cuando estuve hospitalizada no tenían agua caliente, el desayuno como paciente no fue nada bueno literal me dieron un sándwich de los que venden en la cafetería que tienen en el hospital, y me llevaron de desayunar súper tarde hasta después de la 10 am. Desafortunadamente el personal que labora en el hospital no es de confianza, olvide mi joyería en la cajonera de la habitación donde estuve, y cuando llamé para comentarles, me pasaban de una área a otra sin resolverme, después de varias llamadas que hice me dijeron que no había nada, pedí un correo de dirección para levantar la queja y que pudieran tomar acción para casos futuros cómo colocar cajas fuertes en las habitaciones porque su personal no es confiable ya que en mi caso pues se robaron mis cosas y relaciones públicas me dijo que no tenían director, así que no se podía hacer nada, es lamentable que siendo un hospital tan nuevo no tomen acción de estos temas. The hospital facilities are good, however when I was hospitalized they did not have hot water, breakfast as a patient was not literally good at all, they gave me a sandwich from the ones they sell in the cafeteria that they have in the hospital, and they took me to breakfast super late until after 10 am. Unfortunately, the staff that works in the hospital is not trustworthy, I forgot my jewelry in the drawer of the room where I was, and when I called to tell them, they passed me from one area to another without resolving it, after several calls I made they told me that there was nothing, I asked for an email address to file the complaint and that they could take action for future cases how to place safes in the rooms because their staff is not reliable since in my case my things were stolen and public relations told me that They did not have a director, so nothing could be done. It is unfortunate that, being such a new hospital, they do not take action on these issues.

Únicamente sugeriría que al personal médico nos dieran la opción de estacionar nuestro coche en lugar de dejarlo en servicio de valet parking. Felicitaciones! All the staff is very friendly, very nice, comfortable and impeccable all the facilities. I would only suggest that the medical staff give us the option to park our car instead of leaving it in valet parking. Congratulations!
