★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi opinión es con respecto a la pediatra que atiende en el lugar. La revisión del niño en general estuvo bien, sin embargo, la Dra fue poco empática tanto con el menor como con los adultos que lo llevábamos. Es totalmente entendible, y que bueno que sea así, el hecho de que entre una sola persona adulta en la consulta. Lo que se me hace algo absurdo es que no se quiera permitir que la otra persona que no entra a la consulta, este presente en una videollamada. La razón que se nos dió fue porque se estaba interrumpiendo la consulta. En primera, cualquier comentario siempre es a su tiempo y sin callar al interlocutor y en segunda, si no hubiera pandemia, uno estaría presente, y daría exactamente lo mismo o en dado caso serían más las "interrupciones". En fin, el objetivo era poder preguntar y hacer observaciones durante la consulta pero no sé pudo hacer de manera efectiva por esta situación.
My opinion is regarding the pediatrician who attends the place. The review of the child was generally good, however, the Dr was not very empathic both with the minor and with the adults who took him. It is totally understandable, and it is good that it is so, the fact that only one adult enters the consultation. What seems somewhat absurd to me is that you do not want to allow the other person who does not enter the consultation to be present in a video call. The reason given to us was because the query was being interrupted. In the first, any comment is always on time and without silencing the interlocutor and in the second, if there were no pandemic, one would be present, and it would not matter exactly the same or in any case there would be more "interruptions". In short, the objective was to be able to ask questions and make observations during the consultation, but it was not possible to do so effectively due to this situation.
