Pero más allá de todos estos beneficios, desde que frecuento este lugar mi vida empieza a tener un sentido claro. Me siento mucho mejor ahora. Gracias ?
I have been meditating in this center for almost two years now. The personal attention is incredible, the facilities are cozy and there is always a good atmosphere. But beyond all these benefits, since I frequent this place my life begins to have a clear meaning. I feel so much better now. Thanks ?

They are highly trained guides, their explanations in the center (with due hygienic precautions), online are correct

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomé una plática informativa acerca de su sistema de meditación y resultó muy interesante, tienen opción tanto presencial como virtual, además la atención es súper amable. De momento por el costo no me es posible inscribirme pero creo que es bastante buena alternativa.
I took an informative talk about their meditation system and it was very interesting, they have both face-to-face and virtual options, and the attention is super friendly. At the moment, due to the cost, it is not possible for me to register but I think it is quite a good alternative.

Generally, i would recommend this centre with thier various meditation activities and spacious centre.
What i like about the centre was they arranged a english translator although i just drop by for a day.
Definitely a well spent 3 hours in the centre.
Bonbadak place.
