★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para practicar meditación, yoga y Tai chi. Además en ocasiones brindan sesiones de terapia nutricional, masajes y algunos talleres con temáticas muy interesantes. El diplomado de yoga que se imparte es excelente y te permite adquirir reconocimiento de la SEP.
Excellent place to practice meditation, yoga and Tai chi. In addition they sometimes offer sessions of nutritional therapy, massages and some workshops with very interesting topics. The yoga course that is taught is excellent and allows you to acquire recognition from the SEP.
