We stayed 11 nights at this beautiful hotel! Silvia and Gino were so accommodating and so incredibly nice! The rooms were so clean and the pool was beautiful! You could walk into the pool from our room, which was amazing! I highly recommend staying there. We will be back!

I cannot say enough about this hotel other than this is THE BEST place to stay in Tulum.. each staff makes you feel like it's YOUR home away from home. I am back and forth from NYC to Tulum, and I usually AirBNB; due to my last minute travel back to Tulum, I couldn’t find an AirBNB with a good vibe so I explored outward and found this hotel on Google.. well, moving forward, I will not be staying at an AirBNB! Although the AirBNB has a kitchen, this place provides water and breakfast every single day! (Which I did not know upon booking) I had a cleaning lady (Greselda and Dorca) each day and they go ABOVE and beyond! The room was SPOTLESS each day from top to bottom, side to side. SO -- this is how each day went… I would walk in and see a smiling face (Priscilla) who is the most beautiful person from the inside-out that would always check in with me to make sure things were going well and I was happy. Next, each morning, I was welcomed with a smile and delicious food from Severiano and the chef! Silvia checks on you throughout the day too-which I was surprised that my first morning there, she knew my name before I met her! Everyone there is so welcoming and prioritizes your comfort. There is just so much to say about this place. If you are planning to go to Tulum, you will enjoy your stay here and not want to leave. The place is SAFE with the doors closed at night (and someone is always at the door) just to give you some inner peace if you’re traveling alone, and it’s close to the Fresh Market and some other favorite restaurants including Vintage Cafe and Norita.

Just an amazing hotel with all the facilities and services you could wish for. The rooms were big, clean, bright and lovely. The hotel itself new and modern. The staff were simply the best - so kind-hearted, friendly and helpful. And they even had breakfast for free, you could choose whatever you wanted from a menu and they prepared for you.

It was a lovely experience, it's a small but cosy hotel, neat lots of places to eat within minutes walking distance, great rooms and amazing breakfast, giselda in the mornings made our breakfast outstanding, I hope to be back soon!

it was a horrible experience. my boyfriend and I booked this place for 3 days, and every morning including SATURDAY we woke up with The construction noise starting at 8:30 am (to 6 pm). we didn't have hot water to shower for 3 days. and the safe in the room was broken, they didnt do anything about it, we had to carry our passport and cash to the beach every day. all the receptionist and the manager did telling us lies and false promises. they lied that the construction starts at 10:00 am and they don't work on the weekend. and the safe will be fixed. liars and at the end, they send the sweet woman who works in the kitchen to come and beg you for the 5-star review. awful !!!

Hey! The service at the hotel is terrible, the staff will never help you, does not speak English. Rooms with an unpleasant smell, look old and dirty. The constructions is right behind the hotel, the noise is provided for you all day

Nice spacious rooms with modern design, WiFi was spotty and kept periodically dropping, but was able to share a screen and make a few work calls with minor interruptions. The location isn't ideal if you don't have a vehicle - thankfully, we had a car so it was easy to commute to the town and the tourist attractions. Be advised that the route to the hotel zone is well paved, but the route to downtown Tulum is a dirt road with large potholes and stones that will scrape your car and is especially bad after it rains. Also to be noted is that none of the streets around the hotel are well lit at night. Griselda, who is part of the cleaning staff, was great - she meticulously cleaned the rooms and even arranged the towels in a different fancy shape every day. Dealing with the front desk was challenging because only one of the many revolving receptionists spoke English. Breakfast is included with the reservation and is the same simple menu for every day.
