C	César González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,fui hacer una placa de tórax y no tienen radiólogo,regrese otra ocasión con un familiar para que se haga un electro y no tenían técnico, deberían especificar que solo hacen exámenes de sangre y eso sí llega el personal a trabajar.solo hacen perder el tiempo no vayan,yo saqué cita y me salieron con que no tienen técnico. El día viernes 14 de actubre de 2016 fui hacerme el papanicolao y la señorita que me atendió en ventanilla fue la misma que me realizó el estudio, mientras estaba acostada ella aprovechó para robarme $200 pesos que sacó de mi monedero. No dije nada xq desgraciadamente no tengo pruebas y no me iban a creer, pero ella y yo sabemos que fue así.Tengo años de ir con ustedes y no me había pasado pero después de esto no vuelvo a regresar. Dieron rápido la respuesta y el precio dentro de lo aceptable, la toma fue muy buena y sin mayor contratiempo, el lugar está limpio y hay mucho espacio con sana distancia, no veo mayor problema en ir a la su sucursal. Lo recomiendo. I appreciate your prompt response, I needed a study that I couldn't find in the other laboratories and when you called me. El servicio fue rápido, pero la atención al cliente es pésimo, todas las chicas que están atendiendo o al menos las 3 con quienes interactue fueron muy groseras, te ponen caras si les pides facturas o si pagas y ellas no cuentan con cambio por que es muy temprano. Definitivamente no volvería a ir. The place is clean, it looks kind of old. The service was fast, but the customer service is terrible, all the girls who are attending or at least the 3 with whom I interacted were very rude, they make faces if you ask them for bills or if you pay and they do not have change because it is very early. I definitely wouldn't go again.
