★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un esguince hace 2 años y me empezó a doler últimamente, Fui aquí porque un ortopedista me mando para descartar que fuera operación y ver si con fisio podíamos evitarla y cuando me valoraronen medphy me dijeron que operación no era y con fisio quedaba.
Me dijeron que necesitaba 10 sesiones, en total pagué como 4,500 pesos y desde la cuarta sesión les decía que yo no sentía mejoría y que la inflamación no se bajaba.
Pero siempre te atiende un fisioterapeuta diferente y unos me decían que era normal y debía esperar y ser paciente y otros que era muy raro que no mejorará y así me trajeron hasta que en la sesión 9 de plano no mejoró nada y ahí ya el encargado del lugar me dijo que probablemente si era quirúrgico mi problema.
Le comente que sentí que solo me quisieron vender el paquete y que hubiera sido mejor que hubiéramos ido sesión por sesión viendo como mejoraba pero confíe en lo que ellos me dijeron y yo ya había pagado por las 10 sesiones y ellos solo parecía querer cumplir con las sesiones.
No te valoran bien y te dan número de sesiones sin checar progresos, solo te venden los paquetes según tu caso pero siento que desde la 4 sesión que les comenté que me seguía doliendo tuvieron que ser honestos de que con la fisio no iba a quedar pero seguro no iban a querer regresar dinero.
I had a sprain 2 years ago and it started to hurt lately, I went here because an orthopedist sent me to rule out that it was an operation and to see if with physio we could avoid it and when they evaluated me in medphy they told me that it was not an operation and with a physio it remained.
They told me that I needed 10 sessions, in total I paid about 4,500 pesos and from the fourth session I told them that I did not feel improvement and that the inflammation did not go down.
But you are always treated by a different physiotherapist and some told me that it was normal and I should wait and be patient and others that it was very rare that it would not improve and so they brought me in until in session 9 nothing improved and there the manager of the place told me that my problem was probably surgical.
I told him that I felt that they only wanted to sell me the package and that it would have been better if we had gone session by session seeing how it improved but trust what they told me and I had already paid for the 10 sessions and they only seemed to want to comply with the sessions.
They do not value you well and they give you number of sessions without checking progress, they only sell you the packages according to your case but I feel that from the 4th session that I told them that it continued to hurt they had to be honest that with the physio I was not going to stay but they sure weren't going to want to return any money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En General No me gustó, la primer sesión fué fantástica, me atendió una chica muy amable y profesional e inteligente y toda la sesión fue un éxito, a la siguiente sesión me atendió otra persona que no tenia idea de mi problema y me puso a hacer ejercicos que nada que ver con lo que tenía, entonces siento que tiene mal logísitica en el manejo de expedientes de pacientes. También tienen gente muy capacitada pero hay varios otros que son ayudantes o están aprendiendo y es un azar el que te toque.
In General I did not like it, the first session was fantastic, I was attended by a very friendly, professional and intelligent girl and the whole session was a success, the next session I was attended by another person who had no idea of my problem and made me do it. Exercises that nothing to do with what he had, so I feel that he has bad logistics in handling patient files. They also have very trained people but there are several others who are assistants or are learning and it is a chance that you get.
