★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very nice and accommodating. My pedicure was very relaxing. The interior is beautiful and the spa chairs are spacious and comfortable. If you are staying in the Marina it is within walking distance and directly across from Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Med spa for years and absolutely impressed with the place! I am always pampered with variety of anti-aging facials, massages and mani/ pedi. Med spa has a boutique feel and I also buy their anti aging creams, elixirs and oils! I really recommend the pedicures as they doing a great job exfoliated and smoothing out the feet. I have only great things to say as this is one of my absolute favorite places to be pampered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned to return to a pharmacy for more leg pain medicine, after my massage appointment.
To my shock, surprise AND delight: Marianna or Ariana or Marina? had me pain free within the hour. Evidently, my sartorial muscles were the source of my severe discomfort and an inability to walk long distances, let alone with an acceptable stride. A week later and I’m still enjoying the results of her work!!!

Strongly recommend the Facials and Deep Tissue massages. Vanessa was also lovely with a very welcoming vibe. Perfect relax day in Puerto Vallarta.

They offer five star services and quality at very affordable prices without compromising on quality or safety. The young lady that does my procedures always goes out of her way to ensure that I get the results that I want and as long as I am in Puerto Vallarta, this is the only medical spa that I will go to..... Five star experience all around.
