★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte de los asesores es excelente en especial de la asesora Martha es muy amable y atenta, pero lamentablemente deja mucho que desear el profesionalismo de los trabajadores, he acudido a la sucursal en repetidas ocasiones, ya que en el área de mantenimiento (servicio y reparación) no son eficientes, dejan el auto con fallas, no cumplen en la entrega formal, y la actitud de algunos de ellos no es del todo amable.
 The attention from the consultants is excellent, especially from the consultant Martha is very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the professionalism of the workers leaves much to be desired, I have gone to the branch repeatedly, since in the maintenance area ( service and repair) are not efficient, they leave the car with flaws, they do not comply in the formal delivery, and the attitude of some of them is not entirely friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos una cita para una prueba de manejo para un domingo, y resulta que no se había dado aviso, llego un asesor a darnos "información" y pues nos dejó igual; con una cotización mal hecha, sin preguntarnos nada. Viajamos 3 horas, gastando tiempo y dinero porque estábamos muy interesados; pero lo importante esque hay más sucursales dispuestas a tratarte con respeto y profesionalismo.
We made an appointment for a test drive for a Sunday, and it turns out that no notice had been given, an advisor came to give us "information" and he left us the same; with a poorly made quote, without asking us anything. We traveled 3 hours, spending time and money because we were very interested; but the important thing is that there are more branches willing to treat you with respect and professionalism.
