★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una mala experiencia, aunque los vendedores son atentos, en el área de banco el personal es déspota, grosera y pareciera que te hacen un favor al atenderte, sencillamente les falta liderazgo, humildad y humanidad.
Un servicio bastante deplorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para vender la atención es buena en general, pero cuando me entregaron el producto me las tuve que ingeniar ya que tuve que sacar el producto yo solo cuando debería ellos apoyarte solo me lo pusieron en la puerta y arreglatelas como puedas, sin mencionar que a pesar de ser una tienda grande y de renombre no tengan envio a domicilio cuando compras directamente en tienda, te dicen que si te lo llevan pero que puede pasar hasta un mes para que entreguen, y para eso ya tienen en negociaso con los flesteros de las camionetas azules que quieren cobrar más de lo que cuesta el producto mismo, en fin no es una mala tienda sino personal convenenciero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peso servicio,los ejecutivos tardan en atender! No sabe responder a las deudas y cuando me hace el cambio de tarjeta sin decir porque la cambio? en ventanilla no tienen tarjetas y me mandan a otra sucursal por mi tarjeta solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo?
