★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros son unos idiotas, hice un pago y una de las cajeras sólo cobró el interés generado, siendo que se le había dicho que cobrará una cantidad mayor para disminuir el préstamo y su respuesta simplemente fue, "no se puede pagar así, tiene que liquidar totalmente el préstamo", y todavía le pregunta a su compañero para justificar su error y este la cubrió dicen que era verdad lo que ella decía.
 The tellers are idiots, I made a payment and one of the tellers only charged the interest generated, since she had been told that she will charge a higher amount to reduce the loan and her response was simply, "you can't pay like this, you have to fully pay off the loan", and she still asks her partner to justify her mistake and he covered her up by saying that what she said was true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día jueves 24 de marzo acudí a la sucursal para ver una moto, cuando llegué se me acercó un chico llamado Jair Bautista, le comenté que quería adquirir una moto, su atención fue buena, hasta que le comenté que quería cotizar, después de ahí me trató muy tajante y déspota, sentí el desinterés de su parte solamente me dio su tarjeta y ya no me siguió atendiendo.
Lo comento para que a nadie más le llegue a pasar y eviten el mal trato.
