★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien pero da miedo la parte de abajo está vacía toda la gente en la segunda planta no hay quien te reciba en la entrada te pasas sin protocolo de covid NO te toman la temperatura y no te ponen gel antibacterial
It's very good but it's scary the bottom part is empty all the people on the second floor there is no one who welcomes you at the entrance you go without covid protocol DO NOT take your temperature and they do not put antibacterial gel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no respespetan las filas de clientes preferentes y las señoritas que atienden muy déspotas y le dan argumentos que no son válidos. No veo cuál es es caso que seas Cliente Preferente Azteca si te dejan en las filas y filas.....?
Very bad service, they do not respect the rows of preferential customers and the ladies who attend very despotic and give arguments that are not valid. I don't see what is the case that you are an Azteca Preferred Customer if they leave you in lines and lines.....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estás tiendas siempre han sido deprimentes (para mí lo son), pero últimamente, con la pandemia y todo, son aún más decadentes, además el personal está mal informado,, al menos en lo que respecta a celulares y tecnología, en fin, que mejor regresé e hice una compra en línea, porque lo que buscas no lo tienen, te quieren asesorar, pero terminas asesorando tú y finalmente es menos comprar en línea. Todo mal.
