★ ★ ★ ★ ★ su sistema super mal hice un pago de mi factura Telcel no pudieron imprimir el recibo me tuvieron 2 hrs para decirme que fuera hasta mañana a ver si se reflejaba el pago ya que en su caja si había impactado el cobro y pese a q le solicité la cancelación del mismo se negó de manera rotunda a cancelar así q mañana perderé más tiempo en espera de su respuesta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... Llevo tres meses tratando de hacer un trámite para pago de seguro y hasta ahorita no puedo... El gerente nunca se encuentra, el personal no está capacitado y desconoce los trámites y documentos que se requieren... La documentación que deben enviar para los trámites por paquetería DHL no llega a su destino... No llevan bitácoras para checar números de rastreo de paquetería...
No sé por qué está tienda no puede poner gente capacitada para esos casos, no se por que ofrecen servicios que no pueden cumplir....
