★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos no te saben dar explicaciones, esa sucursal te crea cuentas de la nada y no se hacen responsables y para cancelarlas es todo un show, pésima atención.
The executives don't know how to give you explanations, that branch creates accounts for you out of nowhere and they are not responsible and to cancel them is quite a show, terrible attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De ser posible ni una estrella debería darles solicite a sus ejecutivos el número de ID para reportar el. Cajero y se portaron ufff pésimo la ver solo me dejaron esperando mejor me retire deberían capacitar mas a ese personal del área del banco
If possible, not a single star should ask their executives for the ID number to report on. Cashier and they behaved lousy ufff, they just left me waiting, better retire, they should train more that staff from the bank area
