★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui especificamente a Banco Azteca, el cual se encuentra dentro del Elektra, al area de los escritorios y habia 4 ejectivos y solo uno ocupado, 3 tirando flojera, no son para atenderte, uno se sienta y espera. Hasta que llego el que se desocupo y nos pregunyo y el empezo a delegar obligaciones a los demas. Pesimo servicio. Duramos 2 horas entre que llegamos. Actualizamos y salimos. Y no es asi en otras sucursales de Banco Azteca, y eso que no habia gente.

Until the one who became unoccupied arrived and asked us and he began to delegate obligations to others. Terrible service. We lasted 2 hours between when we arrived. We update and exit.
