★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me quisieron cambiar un dólar por que tenía un insignificante rayon pero ellos si te pueden dar billetes rayados cuando retiras efectivo. Los cajeros se la pasan jugando y burlandose a veces de la gente.
 They didn't want to change a dollar because it had a slight scratch on it, but they can give you scratched bills when you withdraw cash. Cashiers play games and sometimes make fun of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bonito, gran espacio; pero, pero no hay estacionamiento y afuera lógico es el centro de Tultitlán y no hay espacio para estacionar.
Tanto la empresa como el gobierno tienen culpa. No se debe de autorizar un establecimiento sin estacionamiento.
It is very nice, great space; but, but there is no parking and logical outside is the center of Tultitlán and there is no space to park.
Both the company and the government are at fault. An establishment without parking should not be authorized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y trato. Fui a retirar un dinero y quién me atendió (Karina), super déspota y su compañera hasta se metió a no quererme atender. Que mal que aún con la pandemia no valoren su trabajo, no se les pide que hagan más que su trabajo.
Terrible attention and treatment. I went to withdraw some money and who attended me (Karina), a super despot and his partner even got into not wanting to attend to me. Too bad that even with the pandemic they do not value their work, they are not asked to do more than their work.
