De todas las sucursales que e tenido que ir de banco azteca, su personal son un 98% de personas ineficiente, mal educadas, a estás alturas los jóvenes que atienden, NO saben que es ética profesional, servicios al público, con esta evidencia veo que toman jóvenes que por su actitud no tienen más que la secundaria en educación seglar, principalmente en esta sucursal me hicieron dar 12 vueltas para hacer el trámite de mi AFORE, por qué finalmente llegó una persona que si supo dar seguimiento a mi trámite. Por otra parte si uno pregunta por el gerente no dan el nombre del mismo, ni de la persona a la que preguntas por el. También los que están en cada escritorio están en la computadora, y no ponen atención de que ya hay clientes, no hay una persona para que los dirigían con el "ejecutivo", como clientes tenemos hay que estar preguntando si están formados, o quién es el último. Tuve que recorrer varias sucursales y dónde empezaron a dar el primer paso fue en Cerro Gordo y eso me atendió el gerente, por qué la persona que está en el área de aforé no sabía de qué le hablaba y fue a preguntar al gerente, quien terminó atendiendo. Por todo lo relatado espero que esto llegue a un funcionario o al dirigente de esté "disque banco" y tome medidas, en vez de hacer tantos anuncios de que es un banco estrella, Estrella del montón.

So many people at the store and it's a small store, also no turn based attention meaning u got to be aware to who's next to take service, no good place to buy.
