En la actualidad no tiene las instalaciones adecuadas ni la infraestructura, le hace falta iluminación, señalización y trazado en forma además de que hay mucha basura acumulada por todas partes.
Ojalá se llegue a concretar algún día, ya que sería un parque muy grande y sería algo así como la continuación del Paseo Verde que corre bajo estas mismas líneas de alta tensión pero en los rumbos de Juan Pablo II, Nora Quintana y Tixacacal Opichén.

At present it does not have the adequate facilities or infrastructure, it lacks lighting, signage and proper layout, in addition to the fact that there is a lot of garbage accumulated everywhere.
Hopefully it will come to fruition one day, since it would be a very large park and it would be something like the continuation of the Paseo Verde that runs under these same high voltage lines but on the paths of Juan Pablo II, Nora Quintana and Tixacacal Opichén.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espacio súper renovado con espacios para grandes y chicos y con mayor seguridad. Los 2 únicos problemas: no se sabe en qué horario están abiertos los baños o quien tiene la llave, y por la noche se observan algunas luminarias sin funcionar.
