Hoy llegué 4:50 pm a dejar mi reciclado y me informaron que desde la 4:45 pm dejan de recibir, si bien tanto en Google como en el letrero que tienen en el lugar dice que la atención es hasta las 5:00 pm. Sin bien reclamé el tema del horario publicitado, se negaron alegando órdenes de sus jefes.
El verdadero horario de atención a clientes es hasta las 4:45 pm.
Esto debería especificarse en el cartel del lugar, en Google y en el resto de la publicidad del lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misma situación que leo en comentarios anteriores, hoy llegué 16:45 hrs y se negaron a recibirme el reciclaje, aún habia gente terminando de ordenar su reciclaje, antes de mi habian llegado 3 personas más, yo ya tenia todo bien separado, solamente era colocarlo en el área que le correspondia pero el encargado comentó que si le recibia a uno tendria que recibirle a todos, asi que en vez de buscar hacer su trabajo prefiere negarse con todos y que los articulos terminen en la basura; si el horario de ATENCION no es el que se marca en el sitio web deberian modificarlo.

Traerlos, implica tiempo dedicación y cuidado, no lo hagan por ustedes, háganlo por el planeta que le dejan a sus hijos ?

PD. Recomiendo llegar 15 min antes de que cierran, pues ellos tienen que recoger y guardar todo, antes de las 4:30 no debería de haber problema
