Quisimos que nos validen la garantia y nos dijeron que dejemos el equipo pero no daban ningun comprobante de que se les quedaba el equipo. Fuimos a un CAT telcel y no conocen la marca ya que no es de ellos. Terrible que hagan estas cosas.
We acquired a team from the duckling brand that they manage XPhone on the island of Altabrisa. We wanted them to validate the guarantee and they told us to leave the equipment but they did not give any proof that they had the equipment. We went to a CAT telcel and they do not know the brand as it is not theirs. Terrible that they do these things.
