★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, para contratar si tienen técnico, para cancelar tiene uno que llevar el equipo, y si son personas mayores no saben y tienen que dar varias vueltas y hacer fila cada que regresa, y nunca se paga lo que dice el contrato, siempre termina uno pagando más. Por su atención gracias
Terrible attention, to hire if they have a technician, to cancel one has to bring the equipment, and if they are older people they do not know and have to go around several times and queue each time they return, and what the contract says is never paid, it always ends one paying more. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en las oficinas de la Miguel Aleman. No te resuelven el problema desde que llegas te preguntan a que vienes. Le informe que iba a reportar que no tenia servicio de internet desde el día anterior. Tome turno me dice y espere. Una hora después me atiende la señorita del escritorio y me dice aqui no le podemos solucionar eso. Y se lavan las manos . Pésima atención siendo un servicio que no es nada barato.
Terrible service at the Miguel Aleman offices. They do not solve the problem for you from the moment you arrive they ask you what you are coming for. I informed him that I was going to report that he had no internet service from the day before. Take a turn, he tells me and wait. An hour later the lady at the desk attends me and tells me we can't solve that here. And they wash their hands. Terrible attention being a service that is not cheap at all.
