★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, hace dos semanas contrate un paque te de Internet y telefonia, me dijeron que lo vendrian a instalar en 3 dias a lo cual me parecio razonable, pasaron los 3 deas y llama a servicio al cliente y me dijeron que aun estaba dentro del rango de tiempo, que continuara esperando, por lo tanto yo no salia de casa eaperando que vinieran a instalar el servicio pasaron 10 dias y recibi una llamada diciebdome que me habian visitado 6 veces y yo no estaba,?? siendo que yo no salia causa de estarlos esperando en fin conteste molesta y me dijeron ya mañana iremos a instalarlo y ya paso otra semana y aun no tengo mi instalacion pero el cobro claro que me va a llegar la srmana entrante... pero yo y mi familia decidimos cambiarnos de compañia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se hizo la contratación desde el 14 de sep y mencionaron que en 8 días harían la instalación, cosa que no paso, llame y mencionaron que eran 11 días de espera, cosa que tampoco paso, ya llevo 19 días esperando a que se dignen a instalar el modem y cada vez q marco a su servicio al cliente lo único que hacen es levantar un # de reporte que sirve para lo mismo, para nada (ya llevo más de 5 reportes levantados), solo mencionan que sus técnicos se comunicaran, cosa que tampoco sucede, no son capaces de dar una solución real al problema, solo dan largas. Si no tienen la capacidad de brindar un servicio en tiempo y forma, por favor no lo ofrezcan a la gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio a cliente. Para que te hagan alguna cosa de instalaciones es pésimo, nunca vienen a tiempo, te dicen una cosa y no la cumplen. Tienes que estar llamando a cada rato y la línea no te deja. Tengo más de dos semanas queriendo hacer un simple cambio de lugar del módem y es hora que nadie se reporta a pesar de que ya está pagado el servicio. Terrible, de verdad.
Very bad customer service. For you to do something about facilities is terrible, they never come on time, they tell you one thing and they do not comply with it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de cable, principalmente de las cajeras patéticas sobretodo una embarazada muy grosera con los clientes Que dijo que a ella no le importa si ya no queremos el servicio de cable y menos si tienes la tarifa más baja xq a ella no le dan comisión! Que vergüenza de personal cuando en otras empresas el cliente es lo más importante. Estudien relaciones públicas no contraten gente nefasta ! ?
