★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo su atención al cliente, nunca responden, te mandan la contestadora automática y de ahí jamás te comunicas con ellos, tengo los 200mb contratados de internet jamás llegan 200, si te llega la mitad date por bien servido...., llevo 1 semana sin internet y nadie hace nada departe de su atención al cliente y bueno en general si llegan a tener un problema pues prepárense para tener paciencia eterna, NO LO RECOMIENDO
 Their customer service is terrible, they never respond, they send you the answering machine and from there you never communicate with them, I have the 200mb hired from the internet, they never reach 200, if you get half of it, please be well served ..., I've been 1 week without internet and nobody does anything from their customer service and well in general if they have a problem then get ready to have eternal patience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen orden de cobrar te ponen hacer fila y no respetan la fila y las cajeras tardan mucho en cobrar y no tienen organización muy mala les falta más cageras
They have no order to collect they make you stand in line and they do not respect the line and the cashiers take a long time to collect and they do not have very bad organization they need more cages

El servicio es pésimo, llevo una semana sin internet, hace unos días realizaron una visita a mi casa los técnicos nada más a quitarle el polvo a los equipos, NO AJUSTÓ NADA!!!
Luego hablé y me salieron con la mentira que se había ido la señal a nivel estatal, es un PESIMO SERVICIO LA VDD, VAYAN CON OTRA COMPAÑÍA.
OJO, NO LE DOY NINGUNA ESTRELLA
DO NOT HIRE MEGACABLE!!!!!!
The service is terrible, I have been without internet for a week, a few days ago the technicians paid a visit to my house just to dust off the equipment, THEY DID NOT ADJUST ANYTHING!!!
Then I spoke and they came out with the lie that the signal had gone at the state level, it is a TERRIBLE SERVICE THE VDD, GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de las cajeras nunca te pueden arreglar nada,te hablan como si ellas fueran las dueñas,te cobran de más,te tienen esperando en la fila mientras están revisando su celular. HORRIBLE.
Terrible service from the cashiers they can never fix anything for you, they talk to you as if they were the owners, they overcharge you, they have you waiting in line while they are checking their cell phone. HORRIBLE.
