★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro de atención a clientes del Sistema Megacable, se encuentra ubicado en el Paseo Molino, atiende consultas, reclamos, pagos, quejas y contrataciones. Muy modernas las oficinas, muy buena atención en horarios de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 19:00, sábado de 09:00 a 17:00 y domingos de 09:00 a 16:00 hrs.
 Megacable System Customer Service Center, located on Paseo Molino, handles inquiries, claims, payments, complaints and contracts. Very modern offices, very good service from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Sundays from 09:00 to 16:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los técnicos, hacen sus tranzas cambiando modems y mientras tanto, uno sin internet. Llamas y algunos de sus asesores en Toluca, muy groseros, hasta te cuelgan el tel. Y SIN DARTE SOLUCIÓN
Terrible attention from the technicians, they do their tricks by changing modems and meanwhile, one without internet. Llamas and some of his advisers in Toluca, very rude, they even hang up the phone on you. AND WITHOUT GIVING YOU A SOLUTION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio de esta compañia, te manejan una fecha de instalacion la cual no llega, siempre te comentan que esta en ruta. pero cuando lo cancelas si te buscn para la supuesta instalacion. parece que te van a regalar el servicio. no es recomendable esta empresa, ni sus servicios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo su servicio, no recomiendo contratarlo a menos q no tengan trabajo, escuela, vida, o sean humanos se enfermen y tengan que ir al Dr. Mi hermana contrató su servicio, la obligaron a elegir un plan más caro del q quería y a pesar q la vendedora le dijo q se lo irían a instalar cuando ella pudiera (pues ella aclaró q tenía varios compromisos), el instalador es el que manda aquí y si El te llama cuando estas ocupado y no puedes, cancela tu instalación, te bloquea el cel y hay q reportar sin saber que dia otro instalador tendrá tiempo y ganas de conectarte el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general fue un servicio regular, el lugar aún cuándo tiene varias cajas para brindar servicio de cobró y tienen a personas sentadas en esas cajas, solo tienen una caja abierta con una persona haciendo el cobro de los servicios, y la fila larguísima llegando más allá de uno de los restaurantes que está afuera, además de que adentro hay personas que están paradas en pequeños módulos ofreciendo más servicios adicionales al que ya tienes contratado que realmente no ayudan en nada , solo se la pasan platicando, haciendo bromas entre ellos sin contribuir al cliente ni a su propia empresa. Lo rescatable es que la plaza es agradable y tienen estacionamiento techado.
In general it was a regular service, even though the place has several boxes to provide payment service and they have people sitting in those boxes, they only have an open box with a person collecting the services, and the very long line reaching beyond of one of the restaurants that is outside, in addition to the fact that inside there are people who are standing in small modules offering more additional services to the one you have already contracted that really do not help at all, they just spend their time talking, joking with each other without contributing to the customer or your own company. The redeeming thing is that the square is nice and they have covered parking.
