Pero si hablamos de la atención por parte del personal, cabe destacar que es pésima. Comenzando por la gerencia ya que su actitud y la atención hacia los suscriptores es deplorable (por el trato que brindan, y mis experiencias, puedo atreverme a decirles que nosotros, sus Clientes, no tenemos culpa alguna si la estén pasando fatal o si su vida sea tan desgraciada, pues no es motivo para que se comporten así), pues su chamba es brindarnos atención y trato de calidad, ya que es lo que me venden y por lo cual yo pago para cumplir con el contrato.
Se aprovechan de la escasa competencia que tiene este servicio en la región, y al parecer la nula supervisión de la empresa.

But if we talk about the attention from the staff, it should be noted that it is terrible. Starting with the management, since their attitude and attention to subscribers is deplorable (for the treatment they provide, and my experiences, I can dare to tell you that we, your Clients, are not to blame if they are having a terrible time or if their life be so unhappy, it is not a reason for them to behave like that), because their job is to provide us with quality care and treatment, since it is what they sell me and for which I pay to comply with the contract.
They take advantage of the little competition that this service has in the region, and apparently the null supervision of the company.
