★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta oficina me supieron dar solución a un problema que tuve para cambio de domicilio y cuando he ido a pagar han sido muy amables, a diferencia de otra oficina de Megacable a la cual acudí a lo largo de un mes y jamás pudieron darme solución. Por eso doy 5 estrellas aunque la empresa Megacable en general deja mucho que desear.
In this office they knew how to solve a problem I had to change my address and when I went to pay they were very kind, unlike another Megacable office that I went to for a month and they could never give me a solution. That is why I give 5 stars although the Megacable company in general leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como si no bastara las fallas en el servicio un dia si y el otro tambien, la hacen cansadisimo (llevamos 2 dias y 10 horas de llamada) para un folio de cancelacion, estrategia para robarte un mes mas....
As if the failures in the service were not enough one day and the other too, they make it very tired (we have been calling for 2 days and 10 hours) for a cancellation folio, a strategy to steal one more month....
