Ojalá y hicieran algo para solucionar esto. La srita que esta en el escritorio es muy mmona con la gente ojalá y la cambiaran. Una srita gordita. Espero no ofenderle
Terrible service and very slow.
I wish they would do something to fix this. The lady who is at the desk is very nice with people, I wish they would change her. A chubby lady. I hope I don't offend you

El pagar el servicio en la tienda es una aventura de mínimo un par de horas a la espera de que te atiendan...

They do not cancel service of any kind after 5 in the afternoon, despite the fact that their departure time is until 7.
