★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan mucho,no ay suficientes ventatanillas,no agilizan los trámites y no ay ventanilla esclusiva para atención a clientes y eso hace que si tienen dudas quejas o aclaraciones se tarden mucho.
Es una falta de visión completa.
Deberían tener más personal con mayor capacidad para atender la demanda de sus servicios.
La atención personal es amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre el establecimiento el área de cajas y servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear, muy lento y falta de tacto, a diferencia de área de ventas muy amable y paciente (obvio el gana por vender). Respecto al servicio de megacable PESIMO SERVICIO en Hidalgo si tienen otra opción tomenla MEGACABLE NO SIRVE NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Megacable ojo por qué por este tipo de colaboradores tu pierdes clientes. Si buscas un servicio de internet de verdad NO ES LA OPCION, NO LO CONTRATES, NO LO HAGAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio horrible: 1. te piden respetar sana distancia pero están comiendo y sin cubrebocas. 2. Te hacen dar muchas vueltas para cancelar, en sucursal dicen una cosa y en atención telefónica otra. 3. El servicio falla, los técnicos nunca van, en sus teléfonos no resuelven nada. 4. En la sucursal a la gente le cobran de más, les agregan servicios que no contrataron, etc. 5. Jamás, JAMÁS, contraten este servicio, mejor gasten en datos, a la larga se van a ahorrar mucho más.
A horrible service: 1. They ask you to respect a healthy distance but they are eating and without a mask. 2. They make you go around many times to cancel, in the branch they say one thing and in the telephone service another. 3. The service fails, the technicians never go, they do not solve anything on their phones. 4. In the branch, people are overcharged, they add services that they did not contract, etc. 5.
