★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falla bastante el servicio tanto de cable como de internet, esas fallas constantes nadie te ofrece una disculpa, mucho menos te remuneran esos días u horas sin servicio.
The cable and internet service fails a lot, those constant failures nobody offers an apology, much less those days or hours without service.

The truth a bad service bad channels the interneto is supposed to be the fastest and does not absolutely move at all .. in fact I gave up for its high prices and in my area where I live they will go back up and warned ..en a sol word I qualify it. As..moose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a trato al cliente por parte del personal son algunos amables pero todo radica en cuanto el servicio de internet ya que se limita mucho y va perdiendo calidad recomendaría otros servicios.
Regarding customer treatment by the staff, they are some friendly but everything lies in the internet service since it is very limited and quality is losing, I would recommend other services.
