★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de servicio se va mucho el internet se ba la señal bas i reclamas y te dan el avión en lugar de tratar de solucionar el problema te dan un número que nunca contestan y los detalles chicos como mala recepción de línea tienes que poner reporte y duran hasta un mes en ir y luego te dicen que tu TV ya no sirve no tienen idea de cunto cableado coaxial ay en mal estado y no lo renuevan lo que asen es nomas subirle a el precio de cable y como son los únicos aquí asen y desasen nos hace falta más competencia de señal y que den buen servicio teniendo un buen servicio los clientes estamos contentos ellos viven de nosotros
It's a disgusting service, the internet goes down a lot, the signal goes down, and you complain and they give you the plane instead of trying to solve the problem, they give you a number that they never answer and small details such as poor line reception, you have to file a report and they last up to a month to go and then they tell you that your TV is no longer useful they have no idea how much coaxial wiring there is in poor condition and they don't renew it what they do is just raise the price of cable and since they are the only ones here they do and dessen we need more signal competition and that they give good service having a good service the clients are happy they live from us

Terrible service, they never have new equipment, whenever there is a failure in the modems they give you recycled ones in very bad condition, another cable company is urgently needed in apson
