★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé a la oficina de megacable Tierra Blanca porque me mandó a buró de crédito, pagué el saldo que me solicitó (saldo que ya no se debía) y solicité que mandaran la aclaración de que ya no adeudo ante buró y me dijo que ese trámite lo tengo que hacer yo ante buró de crédito no el personal de megacable, me dió la hoja de no adeudo pero no realizó la aclaración ante buró de crédito, deben de tener personal para que hagan ése trámite el personal ingresó esos datos no yo.
I called the Tierra Blanca megacable office because they sent me to the credit bureau, I paid the balance that they requested (balance that was no longer owed) and requested that they send the clarification that I no longer owe to the bureau and they told me that this procedure was I have to do it before the credit bureau, not the megacable staff, they gave me the no-debt sheet but did not make the clarification before the credit bureau, they must have personnel to do this procedure, the staff entered those data, not me.
