★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son pésimos en servicio, un call center no tiene conocimiento de los paquetes y que incluye, le pregunté qué, a cuáles países podría llamar sin costo en caso de contratar línea telefónica fija, y no supo responder, por supuesto no contrataré nada de Megacable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una nefasta experiencia si vas a pagar te tardas dos horas porque cobran lento, si vas a pedir una reparación t debes forman en la fila lenta y para atenderte t tardan una semana y si t descuentan son 15 pesos por semana en fin eviten ir a esta sucursal y cambien a otro proveedor
