Crazy slow service. Made appointments to change cable service the guy shows up two days after the appointment... Expensive, everyone is yes yes yes, and then they do nothing.. the time it takes to deal with just one person is outrages...horrible...

Worst. Service. Ever. Twelve people waiting, one employee playing on her phone, two talking between themselves, another alone at her desk. It is very apparent the staff doesn’t give a hoot about their customers or their jobs. And you can’t get anything resolved by phone!

This place has many areas of opportunities, the customer service in that Megacable building is and always had been terrible. The first days of the months, when people come to pay, the lines are so large that they even go all the outside the building and you probably have to wait in the sun. The door is always open so inside without a fan or air-condition, the place gets very warm. Their are probably 5 chairs but sometimes more then 20 people in line, so even older people have to wait standing for hours, they never have enough staff so when you need to get personal attention, get ready to wait up to 2 hours and more. Customers always get angry in there because of the bad attention and large waiting time and because of that they always have issues to keep the staff. They could fix that issue by hiring more people but it does not look like they care. and as always large lines of people waiting inside and outside in the sun, no safe distance and just as usual the worst serive ever of San Miguel Como siempre gana el primer lugar, en ser la empresa con el peor servicio en San Miguel de Allende, yo poste mi primera califacion en que menciono el mal servicio hace un anio, y aun hoy en tiempos de COVID es de lo peor, horas de espera, mala atencion, esperando afuera en el sol por horas, sin sana distancia y que mas puedo decir, vean mis fotos y califican ustedes

How can we make even the simplest interaction waste the maximum amount of time for the maximum number of people? Megacable will find the way. If they didn't have a monopoly in our neighbourhood we would've gone elsewhere years ago

They never got back to me, still waiting. Everything you heard about this company seems true. Don't get their service. Telmex ain't any better either ??‍♀️
