Cancele mi servicio de Internet por incumplimiento en la instalación de fibra óptica, cada que llamaba, me decían, esta semana, y pasaron 52 semanas y esa promesa no se cumplió, aunado a que continuamente el sistema se caia, y dejaba de realizar mi trabajo. Una pena. Y lamento haber confiado en megacable internet.
Sres de megacable su servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena que nadie se tome la molestia leer tanto mensaje negativo de esta sucursal. Hoy, lunes 21 de febrero llegue a la sucursal Ámsterdam de Corregidora a entregar los equipos pues ya había dado por cancelado mi servicio, y siendo la 1:15 pm la señorita encargada del mostrador en turno, no me los recibió, alegando que solo reciben los equipos hasta la 1:00 pm. En atención a clientes por teléfono me dijeron que no tendrían por que NO recibirme los equipos si el horario de atención es hasta las 2:00 pm. De verdad, que ni en estas circunstancias de pandemia exista por parte de esta persona el menor sentido común y empatia aún menos. En fin. Lástima!
