★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no por las de cajas, no hay atencion a clientes, no hay seguimientos a quejas, demoran en poner algun servicio, al igual que via telefonica, y no hay como resolverlo o alguien que de solicion incluso acudiendo a las instalaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta que son arbitrarios, te dan un paquete que antes pagaba 340 pesos, contrato el internet y cuando lo quiero cancelar por malo, ya no te dejan en los 340, sino que te cobran 459 porque ahora tiene xview y ya no te lo quieren sencillo el paquete. Te ofrecen que pagues con internet 450 un año forzoso. La verdad voy a buscar nueva opción.
